How do I earn points?
There are a lot of great ways for you to redeem points on services and accessories you already want or need. Here is a list of some of the ways you can earn points, and the My Rewards program will keep you updated on new ways to earn points each month.
  • My GM Rewards Enrollment: 1,000 points
  • Complete your member profile: 1,000 points
  • Switch to Paperless billing through GM Financial: 1,000 points
  • Paid vehicle service at Key Chevrolet GMC Cadillac of Burlington: 6 points per $1 spent
  • Certain vehicle repairs at Key Chevrolet GMC Cadillac of Burlington: 6 points per $1 spent
  • Unlimited Data Plan for in-vehicle 4G: 6 points per $1 spent
  • Monthly  & Prepaid Connected Vehicle Service Plans: 6 points per $1 spent

How do I redeem points?
  • $100-$500 voucher toward the purchase or lease of a new Chevrolet, GMC, or Cadillac: 20,000-100,000 points
  • $50-$250 voucher toward genuine GM Accessories purchased at Key Chevrolet GMC Cadillac of Burlington: 10,000-50,000 points
  • $10-$100 voucher toward service at Key Chevrolet GMC Cadillac of Burlington: 2.000-20,000 points
  • OnStar Connected Vehicle Service Plans: 4,800-21,000 points  

How do I make sure I receive points on my OnStar Connected Vehicle Services?
To earn and redeem points on OnStar Connected Vehicle services, members must link their Owner Center Accoutn and My GM Rewards account.

How quickly can I redeem points after they have been earned?
Many points can be redeemed and earned the same day, but there are some exceptions and some services take longer before the points become available.

How do I keep my membership active?
Your My GM Rewards membership will remain active unless you choose to deactivate it. You must have an active membership in order to earn and redeem points. To deactivate our membership, call the GM Rewards Member Center at 844-764-2665.

Are there any limits on earning or redeeming?
Points cannot be earned or redeemed on taxes, certain fees and certain repairs, and expire 5 years from the date of earn. Certain programs, such as the GM employee discount, may not be compatible with redemptions. To earn and redeem points on OnStar Connected Vehicle Services, must link their Owner Center Account and My GM Rewards account. Refer to Program Terms and Conditions for details.Â
